desert plate «iris»

Handmade and handpainted stoneware desert plate.

Like all our products, this small plate has been carefully handcrafted in our atelier in southern Czech Republic using traditional craftmanship inherited from the long history of the area. It's design is the result of a fruitfull collaboration between Tomáš Cerny who designed its curvy shape and Baptiste Vandaele who had designed it's pattern.

glaze : traditional cobalt blue oxyd protected by a thin layer of transparent glaze

This desert plate is suitable for food contact, is dishwasher safe, and microwave safe.

Due to the entirely manual production process (from casting to painting), variations may occur in term of shape, size and weight but also the painted pattern may slightly differ from the pictures besides.
