Payment
We accept credit cards and PayPal payment. If the payment is not completed, the sale will be canceled. The item will be shipped only after the payment is received. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any problems or questions about payment.
Shipping
All items are ready to ship and will be shipped within 5 working days after we receive your payment. All items are shipped as registered priority mail. The items will be sent from Hredjovice (CZ). It can take 2 to 4 weeks to ship internationally, depending on each country customs and post office work. It usually takes 1 to 2 weeks to ship items in EU, 2 to 4 weeks to USA and other countries.
Please keep in mind that post offices are usually slower in holiday time. Be sure you leave enough time for your order to come, especially if you want it for special occasion.
Refunds and exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days after receiving your package and we will try to resolve the problem as quick as possible. Buyers have right to return items within 14 days. The item must be returned in it’s original packaging and unused. We will refund you via PayPal or on the credit card use for the purchase when we receive the item, shipping cost will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are on the buyer. We recommend to use recorded delivery with tracking number.
